Without our snap judgement capability, we probably couldn't get through a typical day. However, with over 150 types of unconscious biases identified, it's nearly impossible not to have our daily actions and decisions impacted by our past experiences and worldviews.

This session seeks to shine a light on what biases we as business owners may have, and how that might impact important aspects of our companies. More importantly, we hope to point out several strategies and actions you can take to identify situations where bias could be creeping in, and how to overcome and adjust for it.
