Overcoming Unconscious Bias in your Business [*Registration is Required*]
Link to Register

Without our snap judgement capability, we probably couldn't get through a typical day. However, with over 150 types of unconscious biases identified, it's nearly impossible not to have our daily actions and decisions impacted by our past experiences and worldviews.

Are your important decisions, meetings and actions impacted by preconceived ideas? Are your business and customer service model able to adapt to serve customers of all types?

This session seeks to shine a light on what biases we as business owners may have, and how that might impact important aspects of our companies. More importantly, we hope to point out several strategies and actions you can take to identify situations where bias could be creeping in, and how to overcome and adjust for it.

The StoryBrand 7 Part Framework
When it comes to talking about their businesses, many people are so close to their products or services they don’t know where to start. The StoryBrand Marketing Framework helps companies understand what customers are looking for so they can tell their story in such a way people listen. The human brain is drawn to clarity and away from confusion. If customers are confused about what you offer, they’ll look past you for somebody who can say it clearly. The StoryBrand Marketing Framework will teach you how to clarify your message and communicate to customers in a way that gets them to respond. Once you clarify your message, your marketing starts working for you, your team members are converted into a salesforce and your customers speak a viral message that spreads. Companies that clarify their message win in the marketplace.
